Shipping and delivery


Eleven Village Store will deliver the products to the courier within 24-48 working hours (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays excluded) from the payment of the total amount due, consisting of the purchase price of the product (s) and shipping costs if provided for in specific cases. 
The purchased goods will be delivered to the destination address specified by the customer in the purchase.
The customer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment, containing the confirmed data and the tracking number to monitor the product directly from the courier's website.

Upon receipt of the product, the customer must verify that the package is perfectly closed. Customers are asked not to collect the box if the package is not intact or the adhesive tape is tampered with. If the package is not intact or damaged, or the adhesive tape has been tampered with, the Customer is invited to immediately inform the courier to have the report taken into account; otherwise the product will be considered regularly delivered and Eleven Village Store will not be held responsible for any damage and / or missing products. In this case si advises the customer to sign the courier's waybill "with reserve". Complaints regarding damage to the material due to transport, not reported to the courier and not signed with the aforementioned note, cannot be resolved.

In case of absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will send a warning email to the Customer, in case of absence of a response from the recipient, the Customer is invited to contact the Courier to schedule a new delivery.

In the event that the Courier is unable to contact the Customer for the following days or in the event of further impossibility of delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the ordered products will be returned to Eleven Village Store.

In the event of a subsequent shipment and / or change of delivery address after shipment, the surcharge applied by the express courier will be paid by the recipient.

For countries not belonging to the European Union or with particular tax regimes (eg Canary Islands, Republic of San Marino, United Kingdom) there may be CUSTOMS DUTIES (to be paid by the customer) or other taxes to be paid at the time of delivery. 

 

Lack of a purchased product

In case of unavailability, even temporary, of the requested goods, Eleven Village Store: 
A. will inform the customer by e-mail within 24 working hours (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded) from the day of the arrival of the payment confirmation e-mail

B. in the shortest possible time and in any case within 24 working hours from the day following the arrival of the confirmation e-mail, will refund the customer the sums paid for the payment of the supply unless the customer notifies Eleven in writing Village Store to want to wait for the purchased product.

C. at the customer's written request, it will replace the goods with others chosen by the buyer.
