Requirements

You can register as a user eaccede to your account for free standard shipping (UPS) for all orders (for express shipments there are additional costs). 

Enter the personal data and those for shipments, to have a password to access the private area.

It is possible to purchase the products on the site as a guest, registering as a user is optional. 

Accepted payment methods
Several payment methods are supported: credit card, PayPal, Klarna
PayPal is an online payment system that provides for the opening of an account with PayPal or the insertion of your credit card data. By concluding a purchase with this type of payment you will see a page on the PayPal site where you can enter the personal e-mail address and password of your PayPal account, or access the procedure for creating a new account.

On the page for creating a new account it is possible, instead of proceeding with the creation of the account, to enter the data of a credit or prepaid card to make the payment.
After registration you can proceed to payments via PayPal without having to re-enter the data, even for subsequent purchases. By choosing to pay with PayPal, the amount is charged directly to the assigned credit or prepaid card.

PayPal protects the buyer's information.

For each transaction performed with this method, a confirmation email will be sent by PayPal. The order amount is debited from the PayPal account or card when the order is acquired. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account or the card used.

Billing data
To issue the invoice, you must indicate the type of customer, freelancer or company during the registration process and fill in the fields VAT number or tax code if required.

The customer who registers as Private will have a tax receipt.

 

Obligations of the buyer 
The customer undertakes, once the purchase procedure is completed, to print and keep these general conditions, which, moreover, he will have already viewed and accepted as an obligatory step in the purchase and payment phase. This is in order to fully satisfy the condition of art. 53 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005.

It is forbidden for the Customer to enter false and / or invented and / or invented data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the procedure for the execution of this contract and the related further communications; the personal data and the e-mail must be exclusively their real personal data and not of third parties or fantasy.

It is expressly forbidden to make double registrations corresponding to a single person or to enter data of third parties.

It is also forbidden for minors to make registrations.
Eleven Village Store reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.

Controversy
The general conditions of sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the consumer code in Chapter I "Consumer rights in contracts", with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and the legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects of electronic commerce.

In the event of disputes between the Seller and the Customer, arising from the general conditions of sale, the Seller guarantees, as of now, the full adhesion and acceptance of the RisolviOnline conciliation service.

RisolviOnline is an independent and institutional service, provided by the Arbitration Chamber of the Milan Chamber of Commerce, which allows you to reach a satisfactory agreement, with the help of a neutral and competent conciliator, in a friendly and safe way, on the Internet. 

Promotional offers and informative and / or advertising emails

Eleven Village Store promotes its products through the website and informative emails regarding new products or ongoing promotions.

Those who are subscribed to the mailing list and do not wish to receive more advertising and / or information emails can unsubscribe at any time from the mailing list by clicking on the appropriate link (unsubscribe) present within the same mail.
