Right of withdrawal - art. 64 Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on www.elevenvillagestore.com. or within fourteen (14) days from the date of collection of the order at the store.
This right is reserved exclusively to natural persons, therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons who act for purposes related to their professional activity.
We remind you that in the store it is not possible to receive an immediate refund, in some specific cases, it will be possible to change the chosen garment with another.
The customer can use the return form (compliant with the standard form pursuant to art.49, paragraph 4 of the consumer code) to be filled in and sent directly online through www.elevenvillagestore.com or by e-mail: shipments@ Elevenvillagestore.com.
The Seller will send you confirmation by e-mail of the receipt of the withdrawal request.
Once you have exercised the withdrawal from the contract, you must return the products to Eleven Village Store by delivering them to the courier for shipment within fourteen (14) days from when you have communicated to the Seller your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The substantial integrity of the products to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The products must not have been damaged, altered, used, worn or washed.
When returning, place the product in the original packaging, accompanied by the accessories and documents provided. It is recommended to take every possible precaution to ensure the integrity of the returned product.
Items not returned, returned incomplete, ruined, damaged, deteriorated, dirty or in any other condition that could reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn, cannot be refunded or replaced.
As for shoes, the sole must also be intact: for this reason, we recommend trying the shoes on a carpet-like surface or on a carpet.
Similarly, retouched items, as well as sealed items (swimwear, etc.) that have been opened after delivery, for hygienic or health protection reasons, cannot be replaced.
All products offered for sale by the Seller are provided with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal, which forms an integral part of the goods. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and its seal because the returned products that do not have one will not be accepted.
The only costs at your expense are those of return / insured shipping for the full amount paid on the products purchased, unless Eleven Village Store has expressly exempted you from these expenses at the time of purchase or in some specific cases.
If you decide to use the courier indicated by the Seller, from the moment of delivery of the purchased products to the courier indicated by the Seller (UPS or DHL) the customer is exempt from any responsibility (in case of loss, damage or other) of the products during transport. .
In case you decide to use a different shipping method from that indicated by the Seller (UPS or DHL), you will have to pay the costs of returning the purchased products in person and in this case the responsibility in case of loss remains with you. , damage or other of the products during transport, which is due to your negligent choice of the carrier and / or of the shipping methods.

Eleven Village Store will reimburse the customer the amount paid in the following ways:
1. Bank transfer
2. credit card (the repayment time depends on the credit card management company, we remind you that the value date of the credit is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest)
3. PAYPAL refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual credit card refund from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions described above in the previous paragraph. In this case, you can get back the products purchased by shipping at your expense. In case you refuse this shipment Eleven Village Store reserves the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products.
