Refund policy

 

Right of withdrawal - art. 64 Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005

 

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on www.elevenvillagestore.com. or within fourteen (14) days from the date of collection of the order at the store.

This right is reserved exclusively to natural persons, therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons who act for purposes related to their professional activity.

We remind you that in the store it is not possible to receive an immediate refund, in some specific cases, it will be possible to change the chosen garment with another.

To withdraw from the contract you can use the return form (compliant with the standard form pursuant to art.49, paragraph 4 of the consumer code) to be filled in and transmitted directly online through www.elevenvillagestore.com, or drawn up and sent to the Seller another explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract by e-mail: deliveries@elevenvillagestore.com

The Seller will send you confirmation by email of the receipt of the withdrawal request. 

Once you have exercised the withdrawal from the contract, you must return the products to Eleven Village Store by delivering them to the courier for shipment within fourteen (14) days from when you have communicated to the Seller your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The substantial integrity of the products to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The products must not have been damaged, altered, used, worn or washed.

All products offered for sale by the Seller are equipped with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the asset. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and its seal because returned products that do not have them will not be accepted.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by any accessories / documentation, the identification tag and / or labels, if any, must still be attached to the products at the time of return.

The returned products must be delivered to the shipper within fourteen (14) days from when you notified the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The only expenses at your expense are those for returning the purchased products, unless Eleven Village Store has expressly exempted you from these expenses at the time of purchase and on the additional condition that you use the shipper indicated by the Seller in the Return Form.

If you decide to use the courier indicated by the Seller in the Return Form, however, you will not have to personally pay the costs, at your expense, for returning the purchased products. The payment of the costs of returning the purchased products will be made, on your behalf, directly by the Seller, who will therefore release you from any payment obligation towards the shipper. The Seller, for the payment of the refund, will in fact withhold from the refund a lump sum equal to the standard shipping cost of the purchased products. Furthermore, from the moment the purchased products are returned to the shipper indicated by the Seller in the Return Form, the Seller exempts you from any liability in the event of loss or damage to the products during transport.

If you decide to use a shipping method other than that indicated by the Seller in the Return Form, you will instead have to personally pay the costs, at your expense, for returning the purchased products. In this case, an amount equivalent to the cost of standard shipping of the purchased products will also be reimbursed, while any additional costs incurred by you for choosing a different and / or faster type of shipping and delivery than the standard one will not be reimbursed. In this case, your responsibility may remain in the event of loss or damage to the products during transport, which is due to your negligent choice of carrier and / or shipping methods.

 

The customer must return the items using a courier of his choice, to the following address:

Eleven Village Store will reimburse the customer the amount paid in the following ways:

1. Bank transfer
2. credit card (the repayment time depends on the credit card management company, we remind you that the value date of the re-credit is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest) 
3. the PAYPAL refund - which will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.

 

You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions described above in the previous paragraph. In this case, you can get back the products purchased by shipping at your expense. In case you refuse this shipment Eleven Village Store reserves the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products.
